Required Information

There are many variables to be taken into account when beginning a DPS treatment program. The age of the well, history of abuse – including acid jobs, chemicals used, and hot oiling are all factors to consider when designing a successful treatment program. DPS personnel will ask company personnel to complete a well data sheet on each new field/formation before treatments begin; this information is kept confidential and is used to design effective treatment procedures only. It is imperative that DPS personnel be kept up to date on changes in the well after treatment begins; this is so we may determine whether the treatment program needs to be refined to attain the goals set out.
